FAQs
-
No ballet experience needed at all.
Our event is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced dancers. You don’t need any prior ballet experience: just come as you are, ready to have fun, move your body, and enjoy the vibe with the rest of the group.
-
Yes, this event is women-only.
This experience is designed just for women, mainly because of the studio layout and facilities. The changing areas and overall setup are created with a women-only environment in mind, so everyone can feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe while getting ready and enjoying the class.
We want it to feel like a soft, supportive space where you can fully let go, have fun, and connect with the other girls.
-
Absolutely, you can still come.
If you have any skin allergies or sensitivities, just let us know in advance and share the details of your allergies or intolerances. We’ll carefully adjust the product selection to suit your skin’s needs, so you can feel comfortable, safe, and fully enjoy the experience with everyone.
-
The event lasts 2 hours.
You’ll have a full 2-hour experience from start to finish: enough time to arrive, settle in, enjoy the class without rushing, and soak in the atmosphere. It’s the perfect length to really drop in, move your body, and enjoy the whole event in a relaxed way.
-
You can keep it simple and comfy.
We recommend wearing leggings, a fitted top, and grippy socks or ballet slippers if you have them. Just choose something you feel comfortable moving in, so you can stretch, flow, and enjoy the class with the rest of the group.
-
Try to arrive 15 minutes early.
We recommend coming about 15 minutes before the event starts. That way you have plenty of time to check in, get changed, settle into the space, and ease into the vibe without feeling rushed. It also helps us start the class smoothly and on time with everyone ready.
