FAQs

  • You should arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class so you give yourself enough time to change your clothes and choose your spot for class.

  • The studio is set up in such a way that you walk right into the workout space. Curtains are then drawn for privacy and the door is locked after the beginning of class. Entering after the class start time would be very disruptive. Give yourself enough time to get to class before the doors are locked, otherwise unfortunately you will loose the class without a transferable credit.

  • A small sweat towel and refillable water bottle

  • Comfortable workout attire, grippy sock and/or ballet slippers

  • You need to get this cleared with your doctor before attending any classes

  • Absolutely! These classes do not require any dance or fitness experience. All levels are welcome!

  • Yes! There is a changing room downstairs stocked with skincare items to help you refresh after class. There is also a bathroom upstairs.

  • Unless of an emergency, you are able to cancel 12 hour before the beginning of the class start time. For example, if the class is at 6pm, you need to cancel by 6am or loose credit for that class. If you no-show, you will not be refunded for the missing class

  • Yes! Each class has a waitlist that can fit 5 clients. In case of a cancellation. you will be automatically added to that class and notified as soon as possible.

  • You are able to book a class up to 2 hours before the class start time.
