The Studio is also fully equipped with high-quality equipment. The use of the equipment is not included in the hourly base rate.

Studio equipment includes- Yoga mats, yoga straps, yoga blocks, ankle weights and 2 kg hand weights, bluetooth audio speaker, color change lights and high-speed wifi
Studio Rental Policy
Thank you for choosing Graceful Strength Studio. To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience and the studio remains in excellent condition, please review the following rental policies.
Booking Requirements
A minimum rental of 2 hours is required.
Rental requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
A studio walkthrough will be scheduled prior to the rental to review the space and studio policies.
Studio Access
The renter will be welcomed to the studio by a Graceful Strength Studio representative at the agreed arrival time.
Access is limited to the reserved rental period, including setup and breakdown time.
Additional time requested on the day of the rental will be charged at the standard hourly rate, subject to availability.
Studio Rules
No shoes of any kind are permitted inside the studio. This includes outdoor shoes, athletic shoes, heels, boots, or hard-soled footwear. Bare feet, socks, or clean grip socks only.
Please help maintain the cleanliness of the studio by respecting the flooring and equipment.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the studio space, with the exception of water in sealed containers unless otherwise approved.
Smoking, vaping, candles, or open flames are strictly prohibited.
Music must be kept at a respectful volume and comply with any applicable building regulations.
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors during the rental period.
Equipment & Furniture
Studio equipment may only be used with prior approval.
Mirrors, ballet barres, furniture, and décor may not be moved without permission.
Any damage to the studio, furnishings, or equipment beyond normal wear will be the responsibility of the renter.
Cleaning
The studio must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
All personal belongings, equipment, decorations, and rubbish must be removed before the end of the rental period.
Additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from the rental may be charged if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental are non-refundable unless the date can be successfully rebooked.
Graceful Strength Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided if applicable.
Liability
Graceful Strength Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio. Renters are responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate conduct of all participants, guests, contractors, and vendors during the rental period.

FAQs?
Can I stay longer than my rental time?
If your session is one hour, that means you have 1 hour to use the space. Please be aware of the amount of time you need to set up before and to clean up after your classes or event and book the correct amount of time needed. If you are new to teaching, please feel free to ask all the questions that you need. We are here to help you create the best experience for yourself and for your clients.
Is it possible to consume food or drink inside the studio?
Unless specifically authorized in your event or class rental agreement, there only resealable water bottles are allowed in the studio.
What if there is an injury to a student or attendee during my rental time?
Graceful Strength Studio is not held liable in case of any injury or accident that may occur during your rental time. Please call the appropriate emergency services if necessary and let the own know as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please read and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Booking Confirmation: Once your chosen date and time for studio rental have been purchased and booked, there will be no allowance for changing the date and time.
2. Refund Policy:
- There are no refunds for hourly studio rentals due to class cancellations.
- You will only receive a credit for another rental date and time based on the remaining availability.
3. Cancellation Notice (Hourly Rental):
- Cancellations are only accepted if made at least **24 hours in advance** of your scheduled rental.
- Cancellations are allowed only one time. You may not cancel and rebook more than once for the same rental. The re-booking has to be made within 1 week, otherwise the credit is lost and you will be charged for another rental fee to book another day/time.
4. Large Event Cancellations:
- For cancellations related to larger events, a 50% refund will be issued only if notice is provided **24 hours in advance**. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Want to organize a Private Event?
Our space is very well lit and beautiful for photo shoots. There is a full changing room downstairs and bathroom is on the first floor.
The main studio is 62 square meters
