Graceful Strength Studio is turning 1 year old!
When Graceful Strength Studio opened its doors one year ago, the goal was to create more than a place to work out. We wanted to create a space where people could move, connect, feel supported, and become part of something special.
In just one year, we’ve built that community — and so much more.
From every class taken together and every new face that has walked through our doors, to the friendships, conversations, events, and memories that have happened along the way, Graceful Strength has grown into a community we are incredibly proud of.
And now, it’s time to celebrate YOU.
Our 1-Year Anniversary Wellness Day
To say thank you to the community that has made our first year possible, we're bringing everyone together for a very special Graceful Strength Anniversary Wellness Day in partnership with Golden Goose Arena.
A morning dedicated to everything we love: movement, connection, good food and a lot of fun.
We'll begin where it all started — with movement — during a special anniversary edition of our signature Foundation Class at Golden Goose Arena.
After class, we'll slow things down and celebrate over a beautiful brunch provided by Golden Goose Arena, giving us plenty of time to eat, connect, laugh, and toast to an incredible first year together.
The Day
9:30 AM — Check-In & Welcome
10:00 AM — Signature Graceful Strength Foundation Class
11:00 AM — Cool Down, Anniversary Group Photo & Transition
11:15 AM — Celebration Brunch provided by Golden Goose Arena
12:20 PM — Anniversary Toast & Thank You
12:30 PM — Event Ends
