Good to Know
Come on your own or bring a friend. Many guests join a retreat solo, and this is a lovely chance to meet new people. If you’d rather make it a girls’ weekend, bring a friend and enjoy the experience together.
Rooms are shared. You’ll share a room with another retreat guest. If you’re booking with a friend and would like to room together, let us know when you reserve and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Getting there. Transportation to QC Hotel Villa Arzaga Garda is not included, so guests will arrange their own travel.
Reset Retreat Schedule
Friday · Arrive & unwind
Settle in, enjoy lunch and free spa time, then join your first Ballet Flex class. The evening brings welcome cocktails and dinner together.
Saturday · Move & restore
Begin with a longer Ballet Flex class. Spend the afternoon between the spa, your included massage and time to yourself, then return for a gentle evening stretch before dinner.
Sunday · A slow return
Enjoy breakfast and a final unhurried morning at the spa before departing at 11:00.
A detailed itinerary will be shared with guests before the retreat; timings may change slightly.
